"Pretty good jeans trip"
I went in just looking for jeans, and the staff was actually really nice about helping me figure out sizes. I feel like sizing is always weird anyway, so that made it easier. Checkout took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but the prices were decent enough that I guess it didn’t really matter. Overall, not bad.

"Sizing Was a Total Disaster"
I ordered my usual size thinking this would be easy, and wow, absolutely not. These jeans fit like they were designed for three different people at once. The waist was insanely tight, like I could barely breathe, but the legs were weirdly baggy? I have no idea what size I’d even try next because the size chart feels like pure fiction. Returning them is such a hassle when the sizing is this wildly off. I definitely wouldn’t order clothes from here again unless I could try them on first

The jeans are okay overall, but I was a bit frustrated with how long I had to wait for them to arrive. The quality is fine, though the stitching feels a little cheap in some spots. Not terrible, just not as impressive as I was hoping after waiting that long.

Setting up my account was easy, so I’ll give them that. But when I tried to change some of my details, it got kind of frustrating. I had to log in twice, and the page was loading really slowly. Customer service did help me eventually, but it took a little while. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like basic account updates should be a bit easier than that. It’s not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I was expecting.

so my order did arrive and everything was there, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking updates were kind of slow too, so it was hard to know exactly when it would show up. Nothing was missing, just not the most reliable if you need it by a certain time.

Warehouse One is okay overall. I don’t really—well, I usually don’t buy anything there unless there’s a sale or I have a promo code. Some of the regular prices feel a little high to me, depending on the item. The deals can be good, but once shipping gets added, they don’t always seem as great as they first looked. It’s fine for what it is, I just wish the promos were a bit better.

I do like getting the loyalty points, and it’s a nice little bonus when they finally add up. But it reminds me of saving up change in a jar as a kid and feeling like it took forever to get anywhere. I still use it because something is better than nothing, I just wish the rewards came a little faster or felt more worth it.

"Gift card worked, but the wait was frustrating"
I bought a gift card on Warehouse One and it did work in the end, so that part was fine. But the email took longer than I expected to come through, and I ended up checking my spam folder and just waiting around not knowing what was going on. It felt a little like I was being ignored, especially since it was meant to be a gift and I wanted to know it had actually arrived. Not a huge deal overall, but the process could definitely be smoother

"Usually has what I’m looking for"
I’ve ordered from Warehouse One a few times now, most of the sizes I wanted were actually in stock, which was a nice surprise.

I didn’t have to keep checking back over and over like I do on some other sites. There was one pair of jeans I really wanted that was sold out in my size, so yeah, that was kind of annoying.

But they had enough other options that I still found something close. Overall, the stock is good. Not perfect, but definitely better than I expected

"Too much packaging, honestly"
My first reaction when I opened the order was, wow, this is a lot of packaging. It just felt excessive, and I couldn’t really find any clear info about more eco-friendly options either. Maybe I’m judging fast, but it didn’t give me a great impression on sustainability
